Little Tokyo Lofts to Host The Von Bondies at Private Event

In conjunction with Spaceland, one of Los Angeles' hottest concert clubs, Little Tokyo Lofts hosts a special private celebratory event featuring Sire recording artists, The Von Bondies.

This event will be The Von Bondies’ first Los Angeles appearance in two years. The Detroit based group's last performance was a sold-out 2004 show at the El Rey Theater. Since then, The Von Bondies have been touring across America, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan where they have furthered their reputation as outstanding live performers with bona fide shake appeal. Their unique sound blends raw garage, true punk and real soul music into a seamless hybrid that's honest, intelligent, and built on a foundation of authentic emotions and human conditions. The band is currently in studio finishing their third full-length CD set for release in 2007.

During the event, guests will be able to check out authentic urban loft living as they tour the newly decorated models at Little Tokyo Lofts. The remodeled historic Westinghouse Building features 161 lofts, with prices beginning in the $300,000s. The transformation of the six-story industrial building, which still features the trademark “Circle W” of Westinghouse engraved in the tower’s façade, is immersed in the booming creative hub of Los Angeles. Centrally located near the intersection of Little Tokyo, the Arts District and the Toy District, Little Tokyo Lofts features high ceilings, hardwood floors, light-filled steel casement windows, an outdoor pool deck and hot tub spa, an interior garden courtyard and gated garage parking.

Along with a live performance by The Von Bondies, the event will feature catering by Malo Restaurant in Silver Lake and margaritas from Oro Azul Tequila.
